“Dear Mr. Sherrell: I have a house full of company for the Christmas holiday and awoke to no heat in my home. I usually use a gentleman from my church for my air conditioning and heating needs but today decided to use your company. What a pleasant blessing I received. The phone was answered promptly and I was provided information readily to my questions and booked the appointment with your company. I received the phone call that your technician was on the way shortly prior to his arrival. Richard was most professional introducing himself at the door. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and quietly went about his work. He diagnosed the problem and answered all of my questions. Richard provided me with information regarding your Gold Plan Maintenance Agreement and encouraged me to call and follow-up with this service as a preventative measure.

“We purchased and had installed a Honeywell TrueSteam humidifier Dec. 20, 2010. This unit never did work properly and Honeywell had you install several replacements parts which did not improve the overall performance. Since the unit has a five year warranty your people suggested that Honeywell should replace the unit.
The reason I am writing is to commend the excellent work of Brandon Borgman who diagnosed the problem and when the new unit was available did a superior job in installing the unit. He was careful in reading the materials supplied with the unit and actually improved the water connections in the attic. I also want to thank Richard for contacting Honeywell and getting us a new unit. He was very helpful and responsive in checking the unit and answering questions we had. I am happy to say the unit is working properly now. The “excellent” service ratings above are for Brandon’s and Richard’s performance. (Replacement installed 12/18/2012)”
